2023 至 2025 年,是粵港澳大灣區文化藝術交流持續深化的重要里程。作為香港演藝學院「大灣區青年管弦樂團」的緊密夥伴,SZ Company 深感榮幸能於三年間全程參與樂團年度重點項目——「大灣區青年管弦樂團巡迴音樂會」的籌劃與執行工作,與主辦方攜手見證這項跨地域青年音樂盛事由初啼到綻放的成長歷程。
巡迴音樂會的年度主題是凝聚藝術精神的核心。自 2023 年起,SZ Company 團隊與香港演藝學院緊密協作,參與每年主題的策劃與深化。
2023 年首演之年,以「啟航・連結」為主軸,呼應樂團初創及灣區文化交流的起點;
2024 年適逢龍年,以「火舞龍情」為題,融合龍的力量與祥瑞意象,為曲目編排注入豐富敘事與視覺張力;
2025 年迎來樂團首位海外客席指揮,主題聚焦「傳承・融匯」,象徵灣區青年音樂家邁向國際舞台的重要里程。
From 2023 to 2025, cultural and artistic exchange within the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area entered a phase of meaningful expansion and consolidation. As a close partner of The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) Greater Bay Area Youth Orchestra, SZ Company was honoured to participate throughout these three years in the planning and execution of the orchestra’s flagship annual programme—the Greater Bay Area Youth Orchestra Concert Tour. Working alongside the organiser, we witnessed the growth of this cross‑regional youth music initiative from its inaugural stage to artistic maturity.
The annual tour theme serves as the artistic anchor of each concert season. Since 2023, SZ Company’s creative team has worked closely with HKAPA to conceptualise and develop each year’s thematic direction.
In 2023, the inaugural year focused on “Setting Sail · Connection”, reflecting the orchestra’s first journey and the spirit of cultural linkage across the Bay Area.
In 2024, coinciding with the Year of the Dragon, the theme “Dance of Fire · Spirit of the Dragon” wove symbolic imagery of vitality, strength, and auspiciousness into both visual and narrative design.
In 2025, with the orchestra welcoming its first overseas guest conductor, the theme “Heritage · Confluence” highlighted the orchestra’s milestone of stepping onto the international stage and the convergence of diverse musical traditions.
優秀的樂手是樂團成功的基石。SZ Company 善用區域網絡,全力支援演藝學院進行年度樂手招募。三年間,合作院校及機構涵蓋香港演藝學院、廣州星海音樂學院,以及澳門青年交響樂團協會等。透過有效的溝通協作,我們協助建立流暢的招募與遴選機制,讓每年近百位 16 至 28 歲的青年樂手齊聚香港,參與為期約一週的密集專業培訓。至 2025 年,累計參與計劃的青年音樂家近 300 人,成果顯著。
Outstanding musicians form the foundation of the orchestra’s excellence. Leveraging its regional network, SZ Company provided comprehensive support for annual musician recruitment across Hong Kong, Guangdong, and Macao. Partner institutions included HKAPA, the Xinghai Conservatory of Music in Guangzhou, and the Macao Youth Symphony Orchestra Association. Through streamlined recruitment and selection processes, nearly 100 young musicians aged 16 to 28 participated annually in an intensive one‑week professional training programme in Hong Kong. By 2025, the programme had engaged nearly 300 young musicians, achieving remarkable outcomes.
為提升巡演在大灣區的影響力,SZ Company 統籌三年間的主視覺設計及線上線下整合宣傳策略。我們因應不同城市的文化特質,設計兼具藝術性與高度辨識度的海報視覺。
線上透過社交平台、文化藝術媒體發布樂手專訪、排練花絮與指揮分享;線下則於香港、廣州、深圳、澳門等巡演城市的演藝場館與合作院校展示宣傳物料。三年間,巡演共吸引逾 6,500 名現場觀眾,線上觸及人次更達數以萬計。
To extend the concert tour’s impact across the Greater Bay Area, SZ Company coordinated annual key visual design and integrated online‑offline promotion. Tailored to the cultural characteristics of each city, the visual materials balanced strong artistic expression with high recognisability. Digital promotion included musician interviews, rehearsal highlights, and conductor messages, while physical materials were distributed across performance venues and partner institutions in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Macao. Over three years, the concerts attracted more than 6,500 live attendees, with tens of thousands of online impressions.

SZ Company 亦負責巡迴音樂會背景設計及現場字幕統籌。設計均緊扣年度主題與曲目內容,確保舞台視覺與音樂氛圍高度契合。同時統一安排曲目介紹、及獨奏者資料,確保各站演出維持一致而專業的呈現標準,進一步提升觀眾的沉浸式觀演體驗。
SZ Company also oversaw backdrop design and live subtitle coordination. Visual designs were closely aligned with each year’s theme and repertoire, while subtitles—including programme notes, and solo infomration—were consistently presented across all tour locations, ensuring a unified and professional audience experience.
回顧 2023 至 2025 年,SZ Company 有幸成為「大灣區青年管弦樂團」成長歷程中的同行者。從主題策劃、人才招募、品牌推廣、交流平台搭建,以至舞台呈現的細緻執行,我們始終以高度專業與投入精神參與其中。展望未來,SZ Company 將繼續支持這項具深遠文化意義的音樂項目,助力更多灣區青年音樂家登上更廣闊的舞台,以音樂為橋,連繫人心,共譜大灣區文化融合的新篇章。
Reflecting on the period from 2023 to 2025, SZ Company was privileged to serve as a long‑term partner in the development of the Greater Bay Area Youth Orchestra. From thematic storytelling and talent recruitment to brand building, engagement platforms, and meticulous execution, we remained fully committed at every stage. Looking ahead, SZ Company will continue to support this culturally significant initiative—empowering more young musicians from the Greater Bay Area to reach broader horizons, and connecting communities through music as we jointly compose the next chapter of cultural integration.
