2022年,麗新發展有限公司為一眾管理培訓生於「突破青年村」舉辦了為期一整天的團隊建立訓練營,旨在提升新晉人才的協作能力與歸屬感。
In 2022, Lai Sun Development Company Limited organised a full-day team-building training camp for its Management Trainees at the “Breakthrough Youth Village.” The programme was designed to strengthen collaboration skills and foster a strong sense of belonging among the company’s emerging leaders.
活動緊扣三大核心:建立信任(Building Trust)、給予與接收反饋(Giving & Receiving Feedback)及創意協作(Creative Collaboration)。透過精心設計的歷奇遊戲,學員在互動中體會團隊發展的四個周期——從「組合期」的初步認識、「摸索期」的意見磨合、「共識期」的目標統一,到最終「發揮期」的流暢協作,逐步領悟高效團隊的成長軌跡。
The activities were structured around three core themes: Building Trust, Giving and Receiving Feedback, and Creative Collaboration. Through a series of carefully designed experiential challenges, participants explored the four stages of team development—from the Forming stage of initial acquaintance, through the Storming stage of aligning diverse views, progressing to the Norming stage of shared goals, and ultimately reaching the Performing stage of seamless collaboration. These activities enabled trainees to gain first-hand insight into the growth journey of a high-performing team.
除了日間遊戲,學員更一同籌備及處理晚膳,在輕鬆的氛圍中分工合作、分享成果。從採購食材到烹調上桌,每個環節都考驗彼此的溝通與默契,進一步鞏固信任與情誼。
Beyond the daytime challenges, participants worked together to plan and prepare dinner, creating an informal and engaging environment for collaboration and shared achievement. From sourcing ingredients to cooking and serving the meal, each step required clear communication, coordination and mutual support, further strengthening trust and camaraderie among the group.
是次活動讓管理培訓生在真實協作中掌握反饋藝術與創意解難,為日後投身崗位、帶領團隊奠定堅實基礎。
Through this immersive experience, the Management Trainees developed practical skills in feedback, creative problem-solving and real-time collaboration, laying a solid foundation for their future roles and their ability to lead and inspire teams within the organisation.
